In fact, with the right team and the right information, the process can actually be fun and definitely successful.

Credentials

Anyone can get a real estate license. A license doesn’t necessarily mean they know what the heck they’re doing.

Experience

Do you want a doctor who has successfully performed dozens of surgeries exactly like yours? Or do you want someone who typically works in a totally different specialty?

Reputation

This is so important! You want someone who is respected in the community and who is totally ethical as your listing agent.

Rapport

You not only get along with them, you feel that you’re “kindred spirits.” They “get” you. Maybe you have different backgrounds, even come from different cultures, but they “speak your language.”
